4 Fingers Crispy Chicken
It’s been awhile since I had 4Fingers. The place looks bright and nicely renovated. I had the rice box today and was shocked at the drumstick size. Look at the pic, is that drumstick or chopstick?! So disappointing … Guess I won’t be eating it again for a long while.
Was around the area and saw there were seats at Four Fingers, so I went in. Ordered the boneless chicken rice bento combo for $11.50 but the combo only came with a drink, no fries. The portion was just 5 small pieces of chicken, which didn’t feel worth the price at all. I was not told that the combo does not include fries. Apart from that, the cashier was not transparent with another customer. She ordered coffee, with the intend to swap her soft drink for coffee but the cashier didn’t inform her that it couldn’t be changed. She only realised after being given the paper cup and had to ask. It was then that she was told that drinks cannot be swapped. The lack of flexibility and communication makes the experience feel unfriendly. Overall, the food was average for the price, not value for money and the service could have been clearer and more customer oriented.
Always my favourite 4fingers. Taste always kept their standard well. Shop is well renovated. A lot better than last time. Too bad new menu doesn’t have my 1 drumstick and 3 wings set anymore.
A far cry from what they used to be. Chicken isn’t really crispy anymore with a layer of fat below the skin, spicy chicken is also spicier than I remembered it used to be. When they first opened at Orchard area, the chicken wings were divine, crispy with a satisfying crunch and no visible layer of fat, really tasty. I still like the soy garlic flavour the most . I don’t frequent it much after the drop in standards several years back because now they just taste like any other Korean inspired fried chicken.
What a rip off. 2 wings 1 drumlet with rice. A can of coke. S$11.50. Really a scam. I hope this restaurant collapse soon. Greedy corporate at its best.
