Ordered a set meal, waited for the number to be called on the screen suddenly gone. Waited for 5 more minutes and other numbers being called. Go up to the collection booth and asked then they passed me it has been ready before but number was not called. Reached home only to find out 1 box has no chicken!!! I've been scammed!!! Call the outlet but no one answer!! Dammed!

The outlet is clean and efficiently run, making it a comfortable spot for a casual meal. Nothing extraordinary, but a solid and dependable option at VivoCity.
The food here i like it. Especially the rice box and good to eat. If anyone ask, if it’s a joy eating at 4 fingers, it’s a yes for me. Love the drumstick and winglets. Delicious.
I bought a rice box set but only received rice! the chicken was missing!! It wasn’t busy, and I was the only customer lol yet the staff didn’t check the order properly. I remember the person who served me was a Malay girl. It seems like the staff didn’t check the contents before packing, which is quite disappointing. She simply pass me the blind box but not let me choose my own. The staff's attitude that day was rather careless and inattentive. I remember the person who served me was a Malay girl. A few days ago, service was much better. the staff were friendlier and didn’t miss any items. Please improve consistency.
Zero for service. I seldom want to comment and refrain from giving 1 star. Not satisfied then no review. This one is really too bad. The pick up counter staff having problem with their work. I see THEM slamming the tin and food for customers that is doing collection. Hiding behind the window cannot see the face, but we can tell from your body language attitude?! The way you throwing tantrum when serving. You think your customers cannot tell? Tables are dirty and not wipe. You have to wipe yourself. Dustbin are not cleared. Good luck. Please do not visit if you want to have a happy meal. Go basement and find KFC, the staff there has better service and smile on them. Cheaper somemore. No more Four Fingers for me anymore.
