Description
The Yuan Yang Carrot Cake is a genius hybrid—crispy exterior, pillowy inside, with that addictive sweet-savoury umami punch. Their Fried Oyster is a must-try: plump, briny mollusks cloaked in a shatteringly golden shell that shatters on first bite. Pro tip: go for the Carrot Cake Black if you want that charred, almost-burnt exterior that regulars obsess over.

I have been here for countless time. The quality is good for the convenience and the price , just as importantly they make a good cup of local kopi. Their taste is more of a tomato sweeter base which i liked. The noodles are well cooked and not too dry , absorbing the sauce very well. The minced meat portion is generous - look at the picture. Will come again and again when I am in the mall.
Visited this place many times since it opened. This morning at 945 am I ordered the set with the meepok dry. This time round the meepok was so wet that the noodle has no taste as it has been washed away. Told the cashier she was quick to offer a new bowl but the lady who cooked made a snipe remark that I should have told her if don’t want to wet, seriously? Writing this to help the management improve the service. Photo is new bowl.
i ordered their signature fishball noodle for $4.80. price is reasonable considering inflation but they give very little portion of kwayteow. the fishcake taste fine but fishball taste very tasteless. the sauce with the kwayteow was quite good but honestly, i had better fishball noodles and would rather patronize somewhere else. service was okay tho. But the place was very squeezy and uncomfortable to dine in. Wouldn't come here often.
Solid option for brunch. Only thing is the seating is a bit cramped. The laksa broth is thick and rich. BCM sauce slightly sweeter than I prefer, but noodles have a good chew and the soup was good. Otherwise, no complaints.
85 Redhill Food Centre is a fantastic spot for tasty, affordable eats. The selection is diverse, and the quality of the food is impressive. The hawker stalls are well-regarded, with many offering flavorful, hearty dishes. It can get busy, but the vibrant atmosphere adds to the experience. A great place to enjoy a variety of local favorites!
