One of the best tasting Thai food I had in Singapore for quite a while. They reminded me of the quality of food the now defunct Lemongrass chain of Thai restaurants had when they first started. I love their crispy, plump and juicy prawn cakes served with plum sauce. The yellow curry prawns were fresh and large, with a really authentic yellow curry gravy that I relish. The khanom tako and the green Thai milk tea were both delicious. Prices are higher than casual Thai eateries like Sanook Kitchen and Nakhon Thai but you can taste the difference in the quality of their ingredients. I have visited a few times over the years but have only reviewed this place recently.

🍽️ What I Loved Crispy prawn crackers served right after you’re seated, paired with their signature green chili dip mildly spicy, aromatic, and seriously addictive. ❤️My go-to appetizers (I order these every time!): • 🌿 Lemongrass Salad - Bright, zesty, and full of lemongrass aroma • 🍘 Crispy Rice Crackers – Light, crunchy, and perfect with the rich dipping sauce • 🌀 Deep-Fried Spring Rolls – Golden and crispy on the outside, tender inside • 🍤 Thai Prawn Cakes – Thick, bouncy, and packed with real prawn flavour 💡 Tips to Know: • 📅 Book ahead or arrive early during peak hours it gets busy • 🌶️ Dishes are on the spicy side, but you can request milder versions 🏠 Atmosphere & Service: •✅ Clean, comfortable space •😊 Friendly, attentive staff •💯 Consistent quality and flavour every time.

The beef noodles here are delicious and really hit the spot. Even though it was close to the staff’s break time, they still welcomed us warmly. I chose a simple menu item so as not to disrupt the kitchen staff, it's a mutual understanding and respect that made the experience even better. Thank you so much 😊

Ordered the tom yum noodles soup and pad thai, both of which were okay, nothing to shout about. Pad thai was on the wetter and sweeter side and the tom yum soup too was sweet and lacks the usual spicy and sour kick. A good place for family dinners as the food there is on the sweeter and milder side, definitely caters to the Singaporean taste buds.

Everytime I come here I always forget to take pics because I'm busy stuffing my face. Rustic atmosphere with a simple layout, tables are nicely spaced out and service is brisk and efficient. I love ordering white rice with dishes to share, especially their cha-om omelette which isn't very common to come by. Just bear in mind their version is heavily deep fried so if you're health conscious, skip it. Today I tried vegetarian larb for the first time and enjoyed it thoroughly with its punchy flavours that helped cut through the richness of the cha om. Would have been perfectly rounded up with a tom yum soup but was a bit full already. I have visited in a big group before as well and it really doesn't disappoint. One of the better meals to be had in the Novena area.
