I like the newly cooked fried chicken. The burger is cold. Not good. Fries not fresh.

Happy to see that they have the new meat free Double Cheese Soywich ( I’ll definitely try it next time). Enjoyed my Root Beer Float before my flight ~ Sweet Childhood Memories. Place is clean. Service staff are friendly and helpful, especially the male manager.

The thing about fast food restaurants is that the standard or quality of the food is fairly assured to be about the same. With that said, the chicken and fries served here were piping hot. Maybe we were just lucky with the timing of the food coming out of the fryers. What stood out for us was the excellent service here today. When we arrived, we were ushered in to a seat, and because we brought our baby in a stroller, the staff moved away one of the chairs at the table and helped us settle in with the stroller beside us. Next, when we had issues with the changi rewards app, the staff helped us complete the order first before getting the changi reward points. We were really happy with the attitude and speed of the staff.

I almost always feel nostalgic whenever I have A&W. You absolutely cannot miss the iconic root beer float in a pre-chilled mug that weighs a ton. Tried the coney dog with beef sauce & fried chicken. The coney dog is decent. The chicken was seasoned well but might have been slightly overcooked. Overall, worth a visit especially if you need your A&W fix.

Order the grilled chicken burger, and the chicken was the whitest steam chicken I ever saw. Do not recommend ordering that. Just steam chicken breast at home would be a better ecnomical choice. Ordered their signature root beer float and sprite. Felt that they have been left out to fizz as there was little to no carbonation in the drinks. Curly fries were good tho
