Alijiang

First time visiting Alijiang on 1 Jan 2026 to celebrate my wife’s birthday with my family. I made a reservation one day in advance due to the public holiday. I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys lamb dishes. Food We had 5 pax and ordered a 4-person set along with some à la carte items. The portions were generous and more than enough to share. I enjoyed most of the dishes, especially the signature “Alijiang Grilled Lamb in Cage” — a must-try! 😋 The “Xinjiang Specialty Rice” takes about 30–40 minutes to prepare, but it’s worth the wait. 😁 Service (room for improvement – personal view) 🔹The staff were welcoming and the ordering process was smooth. However, after finishing our meal, it took some time to get someone’s attention to serve dessert. I noticed a few other tables also raising their hands but the staff did not seem to notice. I understand this was not intentional, but this is an area that could be improved. 🔸Payment also took a bit longer as only one staff member was handling it. Overall It was a great dining experience, and I would definitely visit again.

Interesting mix between Chinese cuisine and middle eastern cuisine. Definitely recommend the 奶皮子酸奶, the service staff mentioned that it is made in-house daily and it was super tasty! I also really enjoyed the 大盘鸡, recommend to add on the abalone as they are really generous with it! The service staff were also very lovely and it was a good experience dining at this restaurant. Only issue is that the dishes can be slightly oily, but they were tasty nonetheless!

First time dining here, we had a fantastic gathering with family, their food exceeds our expectations. We ordered a set meal for 4 pax, the portion is big, taste is awesome. It's worth repeating visit, recommended for group gathering

Decent quality and spread of the food. The lamb skewers were flavourful, especially the spicy version, but a little dry. The Beijing duck wrap and mayo prawns were good. The sliced fish soup was deceptively mild but packed a big spicy punch! Most surprisingly of all, the rice (which took less than 30min to be done) was really flavourful and moist. Service was friendly and quick. There’s even a dance performance during dinner time.

Our second time at this restaurant and we ordered a set this time. Kelly was a great host. The food is good quality and my favourite is the beef noodles (the Peking duck is next best). It comes with coffee fortune telling and yogurt. Highly recommended
