Visited the Jewel outlet on 19 June around 4:30 PM with my boyfriend. It was our first time trying Acai Affair. We ordered the medium Berry-Me-Bliss and Drivin’-Me-Nuts. The acai base itself was really smooth, cold, and refreshing. But the Drivin’-Me-Nuts bowl had a heavy, indulgent nut base that overpowered everything. The ratio felt off; not enough acai to balance out the richness. Berry-Me-Bliss, on the other hand, was lighter and better balanced. Sadly, service was poor. The staff was on her phone, unbothered, and didn’t offer much help even though we were clearly new. No smile, no thank you — just low energy throughout. Great acai, but the experience could’ve been much better with more balance in both the bowls and the service.

So my friend once had a not so great experience here and we were quiet skeptical at first. I ordered the normal açaí and added 2 nut butters. First of all the consistency of the açaí is very sold which I like. There are enough topping but at the start it’s hard to dig trough the top layer. Once you have reached the middle there is an additional layer of nut butter. They also don’t spare to add a lot of nut butter which I really like. Overall this was better then expect and my second favorite açaí place so far. Very yummy
