They serve with care and you can feel it. My kyoto latte was smooth rich and consistent just the way % Arabica always promises. What I enjoy most is the calm atmosphere. Even though Jewel is busy this corner feels like a small escape where anyone can sit down and enjoy a honest cup of coffee. A cup here reminds you that stillness can be found even when everything around you is moving.

We ordered 2 drinks and my sister accidentally spilled her ice latte onto herself. The male staff immediately came out with tissue paper and asked if she was ok. Then he offered us a new seat and started to mop the floor. Whatttt!!! They made a new drink for my sister and it was on the house even when we wanted to pay. He was all the way smiling and I could see his service from the heart. Shout out to Arabica team at Jewel!! What a luxury cafe which offers excellent service. 🤍🤍

A bit on the pricier side but their coffee suits my taste. I like my black coffee strong and not acidic but also nice roast flavour. Recommended 😊👍 Outlet is located in Jewel shopping mall. A perfect stop to get some caffeine into your blood or a short rest before you continue shopping.

I ordered the Kyoto Iced Coffee, my go-to, and it absolutely hit the spot. It’s smooth, cold, and has a clean finish without that lingering aftertaste you sometimes get with other iced coffees. The layout of this café is stylish and minimalistic, blending seamlessly into the Jewel’s modern interior. Seating is available if you want to relax before a flight, and the open layout gives it a fresh, inviting atmosphere. I couldn’t leave without picking up a half kilo of beans to take home—though in hindsight, I should’ve bought more. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the service was quick despite the steady stream of customers. Whether you’re a coffee aficionado or just in need of a recharge before your flight, this % Arabica is a solid choice. It’s not just about the coffee—it’s the overall experience that makes this place stand out. Definitely worth a stop if you’re passing through Changi.
