Auntie Anne's Soft Pretzels

Today (02 Jan 26) I ordered a large cup of lemonade. To my horror, it tasted like slightly sugared water and zero lemon or zesty taste. When I went back to feedback, the man tending the shop tasted the drink himself and said, oh its less sweet. I had shocked by his lack of concern attitude. I've definitely had much lemony and zesty tasting lemonades at other outlets and the staff's attitude was bad.

Nice and hot pretzels. Love it always. The service staff in Jewel outlet is so rude and unfriendly. On 11th November around 630pm I bought 2 pretzels and I use grabpay as mode of payment. I already made the payment but the Malay guy attending to me raised his voice and asked me to show proof of payment in an unfriendly manner. The attitude is unacceptable. Hope the management reprimand him accordingly.

A street cart format in a sitcom environment selling the famous pretzels. We had our usual cinnamon sticks with caramel dips. Very consistent in terms of their product quality and taste globally. Made fresh at each outlet so probably nothing will go wrong. Not many people when we were there on a Thursday afternoon.

Foods taste horrible, service staff is unfriendly 😡 Will never buy from this store anymore ☹️

Went on 9 July 2024. Very good experience as the staff here very friendly and funny! Especially the male staff taking my order politely. The cinammon sugar here was very delicious and soft! Pretzel:5/5 Staff:10/5
