Baskin-Robbins Bedok Mall

I always love Baskin-Robbins for their wide selection of ice creams and toppings, and the Bedok Mall outlet is no exception. My favorite flavor is Cotton Candy—it’s sweet, vibrant, and always a treat for us. The seating area is a nice touch, making it a comfortable spot to enjoy the ice cream. However, it would be even better if there were more seats available, especially during busy hours. The only downside was the service. I was served by a petite Indian lady who seemed quite unfriendly. She didn’t smile or engage, which made the experience feel a little cold. Thankfully, it was a short exchange, but a warmer attitude would definitely improve the overall visit. Still, the quality of the ice cream keeps us coming back for more.

They offer a wide variety of treats, from classic ice cream flavors to sundaes and beautifully decorated ice cream cakes. ​Flavors: The premium chocolate and almond options are delicious, though they can be a bit on the sweet side. ​Service: The customer service can be hit-or-miss depending on the staff member, but the overall serving and quality of the ice cream are good. ​This location is highly recommended for anyone who loves ice cream.

Came here a few times because there's a wide range of flavours and 12 toppings to choose from. I particularly like Pistachio Almond and Cookies and Cream, with Almond Diced topping. The price is reasonable too. There's a lot of things to be said about the staff service. The malay girls were very nice and friendly, they would smile and even tell you to enjoy your ice cream. However, there's a Chinese girl with a standoffish attitude. One time, I asked to taste a particular ice cream flavour, she scooped the wrong flavour which was too little to even taste anything. I didn't tell her about it, because her face was grumpy from serving prior customers, and she clearly wasn't interested in listening to customers but preferred to just be "there" - as in perform tasks out of obligation. I also asked for almond toppings for my ice cream, she poured very little of it as compared to other staffs who usually give a generous amount. Then she asked me if I wanted my receipt, I said no, and she mumbled to herself thinking I didn't hear it: "不要receipt then 走啦!" (don't want receipt then leave la!). Cool. I guess she has gotten sick of serving customers or even communicating properly even though customers give them sales. I won't fault her though because the ice cream is good. Will go to other outlets instead.

i come regularly after work for ice cream. theres on particular very welcoming and friendly indian staff! always happy to have small talks with her while she serves me ice cream !
