Feeling a bit strange as I went there twice for the sliced pork, both time the prices are exact to .00. I do not want the manual round-off as I paid by credit card
Their service was really good. I was served by the Singaporean lady, Myanmar and also Chinese ladies. Initially there was some mistake for the promotion pricing in their system so she had to amend it, and void the first transaction. They also gave away blind box for purchase over S$108. Thank you!
Not sure whether the retails service staffs are not satisfied with their salary or their superiors, or just facing a rude customer before me. The chicken floss packet is not sealed properly, 1/4 packet gone on the floor. Requested for less Chao Ta (burnt) Bak Kwa my individual preference but still having this in photo. Will not consider your brand again. It’s all about retail experience, at 2140hours closed to closing time. Maybe had a busy Saturday. But very Bad attitude, suggesting the coin bakkwa (no promotion)
First time here. We had the Chicken. Totally delicious. The nice lady behind the counter also gave us some samples to try before committing to the purchase. Great service. Price is average.
Terrific staff who went out of their way to help my child pick some items she was after. We went on two occasions in the last week, on landing at Changi and on leaving Changi. Bak Kwa and crispy floss also delicious as always. We will now make it a tradition to stop by whenever we go to Singapore.
