Ben & Jerry's

This place is my go-to for excellent ice cream. And I always end up having a scoop of Chocolate Mint ice cream and a scoop of Coffee ice cream in a dipped waffle, which is my "comfort food" at Ben & Jerry's. I also like coming to this Ben & Jerry's outlet in Vivocity as its seating area is a nice place to chill and to do some "people watching." Service at this Ben & Jerry's is always good - friendly and courteous. And the dining ambience? No complaints from me, as I have already described earlier.

The place stinks! It’s like they used a foul smelling mop to wipe the tables and floor. Ice cream was ok but even the ceramic bowl holding the ice cream had that funky smell. Management need to incorporate a bit of bleach in the cleaning of the outlet… 🤢

4* for ice cream which we took n left. We chose to eat it as we walked. Was almost billed $8 for a junior scoop. Good thing my son was alert. It's just 1 small scoop in a cup n d cashier cld make such a mistake?! Hmm...

crowded but was still able to get a table, and when done let a family of 4 knew so they could take it ... loved B&J Sweet Cream & Cookies, and their Chocolate Therapy was pretty damn good, too 😄 👍🏻

I tried the blue one (Marshmallow Sky) 💙 for the first time. I loved it. I've never seen it anywhere else before. You need to find a seat before placing your order. They do provide some napkins. Seats fill up quickly, so be mindful!
