Boon Lay Power Nasi Lemak
Went to causeway point today to get lunch & end up being unhappy with the rude attitude. Ordered beef, chicken & eggplant, cost me $10 & the worst is the treatment. For a start, order beef rendang, & move on to order eggplant+ was looking out if there's sotong. Realised there isn't any, told the aunty I want chicken. She started grumbling that why I don't order the chicken when I order the beef since is beside each other & make her walk back again .I told her I wanted to see if have sotong & she rudely question me where is the sotong?!! I was so angry with her tone & attitude. We're always reminded of mutual respect & treat staffs politely, what about their attitude towards customers!!?? Will never patronize this stall again. Expensive & now attitude issues😡 Do not deserve any⭐at all if I can don't click on it!! Definitely there's other better stalls around.
ordered 3 sets of nasi lemak ayam. She told me the total was $15.30. However I didn’t catch what she said & I didn’t had enough cash. Said the total again with such a RUDE TONE. Told the makcik, i will be back to withdraw cash. Came back & heard all of them gossiping about me. WOW rude. gave her $15.50, expecting to get my $0.20 back but didn’t get any. asked her $15.50? and she said yeah. 🙄🙄🙄
One lady takes the order and the other packs. Don’t even check if it’s packed according to what is ordered. Told her add one bagadel and 1 extra chicken. Charged me that but didn’t check if the other lady packed it. Went home to realize it wasn’t packed but obviously paid for it.
Always loved their nasi lemak sets. Today ordered chicken briyani, but missing the chicken 🐔. Assumed the chicken was mixed in the pile of rice. Sadly nowhere to be found. Recommend double/triple checks for your meats before moving off.
Went there today, 19 0ctober 2024 at 1145hrs to pack myself some food. Bought a pack of rice and some dishes. Honestly it isn't that great. Beef rendang, sambal goreng, egg sambal and sambal tumis was more on the sweet side. Its called sambal for a reason, it ought to have some spicyness in it. Sadly it isn't. Had a kuih lopez after. While chewing, discover a broken satay stick in my mouth while eating it midway. Thank god it didn't pierce anything or worse got swollow. Reading through the reviews, this isn't the first time someone found a foreign object in their food. I understand they are just employees but i hope the employers might want to look into this matter. Sharp object such as a broken satay stick or a bent metal piece found by reviewer Addie two months back, may look harmless but when swollow by accident, god knows what complications or damage it may cause to someone. I hope your employees take pride in preparing the food they serve. It's for human consumption. A minor incident may cause a downfall to your business. Might not want SFA to get involve in this or in the future.
