BreadTalk

Always love the consistency and quality of the bread at BreadTalk so I’m back again at this outlet! The shop was experiencing a long queue as there was only one cashier and she has to tape the bread and pack the bread. The shop was experiencing such a long queue but the other staff wasn’t helping the cashier at all. She went back and forth replenishing the breads despite seeing how long the queue was. Not sure if it’s a management or individual thing but yeah none of the breads were out of stock before she replenished so… quite disappointed with how it was handled because I’ve seen other outlets having 2 staff, one packing, one handling the cashier and it was way more efficient.

They charge 10 cents for plastic bags which is ridiculous. No one can expect to carry these few buns without a bag provided. The bag is smaller than an A4 piece of paper and has the BreadTalk logo on it. Of course you design it as marketing material. Are you actually reducing plastic use or passing on marketing costs to consumers? There are many bakery choice. This will be my last purchase from BreakTalk.

The sales guy today service not good show attitude 30 Oct 3.30pm never give me recipet also. I wanted scan my yuu but see the face I also don't feel like scanning already.

They are going to charge 10 cents for every plastic bag used. It's ridiculous if you were to buy 1 piece of even 5 pieces. Definitely you need a plastic bag to carry them. The bread is already so pricey, and they are still charging 10 cents.

First time trying Breadtalk Logcake. Not too bad, had 20% discount when we bought today. Might be becos today is Christmas Day and they need to clear the logcake fast with 20% discount.
