Great spot for Burgers and Breakfast. No queues, plenty of seating
I visited Burger King at VivoCity today, and despite the heavy crowd and limited staff, I was truly impressed by the level of service. The manager, a friendly Malay gentleman went above and beyond to greet me personally and patiently guided me on how to order through the kiosk. His professionalism, calm attitude under pressure, and genuine customer care made my dining experience exceptional. It’s rare to see such dedication and leadership in a fast-paced environment. Kudos to him and the team for maintaining such high standards even during peak hours! 👏
I would like to express my appreciation to the old Chinese lady at the counter who helped me with my order today. She was very patient and tried her best to assist me, especially when I was using my Vivo voucher. I am grateful for her effort. At the same time, I noticed that the younger manager, Surya, was standing beside us throughout the process. As we were clearly struggling, it would have been helpful if she could have stepped in to assist. I understand that everyone has different responsibilities, but teamwork and initiative make a big difference to the customer experience.
The Japanese curry sauce is different from the same curry sauce you have tasted before. It’s really a Japanese curry sauce! The Belgium chocolate sundae is really sweet! Ultimate Angus Mushroom Swiss is good. Nice tender grill with crunchy silver onions. Mushroom sauce is also fantastic. The new battered onion rings with sliced onions are much better than the previous diced ones. Please make it permanent!
I love the grilled chicken burgers there, the mint ice cream and the onion rings. Most importantly, I would like to give thumbs up to their staff for being so patient with the Jollibee customers who occupied two tables and even ask a Burger Kim staff to take photo for keepsake. The Jollibee customers are really too much, they keep occupying Burger King's seats and Burger King's staff gets no seat because Jollibee cannot handle their customers. Crazy Jollibee. Lol
