I didn't have my card with me today so I went to the cashier to order with cash. After a few long seconds without anyone attending I went to the counter and requested service. 2 service staffs continued with checking screen orders, later one of them went inside kitchen. I asked again a few times in audible voice for service. The remaining staff just looked over and muttered something. At least come over and let me know if I could order at the counter, communicate with customers. I left disappointed
Shame on customer services. I paid for my order and the transaction has done (check photos). However, they refused to provide me my order since they don't see it on their screen. They just put their responsibility on my bank. Now I have to call my bank to cancel this transactions with less evidence of the problem then the Burger King already had for only one menu. This is an embarrassing customer service for such company. I will never come back here again. The bank confirmed the transaction happened and they can refund me only if Burger King won't receive the payment. They will receive it anyway. So, you're welcome BK. I paid $20 to understand how your customer service is bad. It was a good lesson for me.
Ordered my meal here during lunch hour. It's in city area and yet management don't hire staff to work. Always only manager and 2 other staff. Today got manager and 3 staff but all 3 staff cannot do anything. Change paper, only manager handle. Prepare burger, only manager can handle. Cashier, only manager can handle. 3 staff only can do presentation, drink kiosk and fries kiosk. Waited 20mins still order not called. When order arrive, got missing order and wrong order item. Very disappointing.
This Burger King experience was typical of any other fast food restaurants. We enjoyed our Pandafest 2 pax bundle, which had the Double Ultimate Angus Mushroom Swiss burger with a side of Sour Cream and Onion fries. Unfortunately, the fries arrived soggy due to the delivery.
Average Burger King taste. Points for fast delivery on Deliveroo. The fries are good as usual.
