Canton Paradise Signature @ Plaza Singapura

Canton Paradise is a solid spot for classic Cantonese food, especially with how reasonable the prices are. One standout drink is the milk tea. It comes in its own little canister and you pour it yourself, which is a fun and memorable touch. The salt and tofu dish was interesting at first and honestly started growing on us as we kept eating. It’s one of those dishes that’s subtle but addictive once you get into it. Overall, good value, approachable pricing, and a few unique touches that make it worth coming back.

Lunch at Plaza Singapura branch. I ordered Stir-Fried Sliced Fish With Ginger & Spring Onion 姜葱炒鱼片 Crispy Prawns & Mango Fritters 酥脆香芒虾卷 Steamed Rice Rolls With Fresh Prawn Filling 鲜虾蒸肠粉 Trio Combination Congee 三拼粥 Barley (Cold) 薏米水 (冷) Mango Puree With Sago & Pomelo 杨枝甘露 I didn't find any ginger in the fish dish a bit of disappointing I like ginger but lots of onions which I don't like. Sour Mango in the crispy prawns & mango fritters. The dessert is the best of my lunch not too sweet. The service is good only on a particular staff she is attentive, smiling, helpful and sweet. Too bad, I was busy taking videos and eating didn't get her name. The rest of the staff like see you invisible. Impossible to get their attention when I wanna order more food. Only rely on this sweet lady staff. For her I give 5 stars. Not for the food. Service to me is very important. Food is very Subjective. To me is delicious but might not to you. So try it yourself the best.

The food is consistent with what you’d expect from the brand, and the environment feels very authentic to a traditional HK eatery. It’s a well-rounded experience where the service and quality meet the expectations of the target audience here at Plaza Singapura.

My wife and I were here today (11 JANUARY 2026) hosting our son's friend and his mum to lunch. My wife and I are fairly regular customers of the Paradise Group of restaurants and we have always been impressed by its food (in terms of quality and taste), and by its level of service. Today, we ordered the following here: some Prawn Dumplings, some Xiao Long Bao, some Pan-fried Radish Cakes, some Baked BBQ Pork Pastry, some Crispy Vegetable Spring Rolls, a plate of Stir-fried Local Lettuce, and a "must order for me", a Crispy Roasted Irish Duck (Half) - all of which were very good. Service here (as expected) was very good - friendly, courteous and attentive. The dining ambience here was very good with comfortable seating and in air-conditioned comfort.

The place wasn't crowded on a Sat evening. Service was lacking from thise in long white sleeve with vest. Requests for chilli etc never got fulfilled. Those in black Chinese uniform especially staff like Shiyun and another older staff were commendable for their polite and good service. The phone at the counter kept ringing and no one answered. As such it was disturbing. Food was fine. Somehow the crispy noodles was a little lumpy. Food was a little too salty and oily for us even though we opted the less oily and salt option. Will revisit again? Depends if we have other options.
