I am writing to provide feedback regarding a recent experience at your AMK Hub branch. During my visit, I was served by a staff member named May. Unfortunately, her attitude and tone were rude and unwelcoming. She sounded unhappy while serving me and spoke in a manner that made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, not as if I were asking for something for free. This experience was disappointing and not what I would expect from your brand. I hope management can look into this matter and ensure better customer service standards in the future.😡

Absolutely loved my visit to Châteraisé @ AMK Hub! I picked up their Strawberry Fresh Cream Cake and it was pure perfection from the very first bite. The sponge was incredibly light and fluffy, the cream was delicately sweet without being overpowering, and the strawberries—oh my—were fresh, juicy, and generously layered throughout. You can truly taste the quality and craftsmanship in every slice. The presentation was also stunning—elegant, clean, and exactly what you’d expect from a premium Japanese patisserie. The staff were polite and efficient. It was a total crowd-pleaser, and I’ll definitely be returning for more. Highly recommend Châteraisé if you're after a cake that’s both indulgent and refreshing. Five stars all the way!

Just go for the cake, their ice cream isn‘t anything special.

Very disappointing service. At 27/01/2026 around 6pm, I was standing in front of the cake display, taking my time to decide which cake to buy. A taller staff member approached me with a very bad attitude and impatient tone, asking what I wanted. When I pointed at the cake I was interested in, instead of helping, she rudely said, “Which cake? Can you say it?” Her facial expression and attitude were extremely unpleasant and disrespectful, as if I was bothering her. Even after I explained clearly, her attitude did not improve at all. Honestly, if it weren’t because your cakes taste good, I would have walked away without buying anything. Good products do not excuse poor service. This experience really ruined my mood, and I hope management takes staff attitude seriously.

Had this a couple of times. Nice matcha cream that’s not too sweet. However today‘s puff seems 30% smaller than what I had the previous time? Amount of cream was lesser as well. A little disappointed! Hope the quality can be consistent/better next time! > 3* Subsequent visit: Matcha mochi - delish! 5*!
