The quality standards of the drinks at Chicha is really better than I had expected. Karen is really quick with my orders and it definitely shows how passionate she is in her work. She is also very friendly towards me and other customers and made the environment much more lively!

Really love the mousse added to the tea. It has a unique salty taste to it. Glad that there is a branch in Amk Hub.

Very poor attitude. We wanted to have a good day, but this lady banged her hand on the board just because we asked about ice and sugar levels. The manager should seriously address this behavior. I understand the job can be tiring, but that’s no excuse to take it out on customers. If the manager chooses not to act, then I encourage others to share similar experiences to warn future customers.

karen is very patient and passion about serving customers. she recommends drinks patiently when i was first time there, she gives her best during work and serves us with heart. she always put her biggest smile to the customers. her smile is so bright even when her mask is on. i can feel her passion when she making and serving the drinks to customers. her patient and passion really gives me a great experience!

Bad experience from Staff Kelly. No smile and face not pleasant throughout ordering experience. First time using voucher to redeem drink. I was unsure how to redeem the voucher and show the voucher in the app. Staff doesn't care at all and refuse to assist me in redeeming. Unable to scan the QR code for 3minutes. Staff didn't offer help and help to scan. Staff appeared impatience and show unpleasant face. Payment was done and did not show a simple good gesture such as saying a thank you. Collecting drink experience was not bad by another Staff. Good tone of voice and a simple thank you. Please kindly train the staff for good customer service. I don't expect a 5 star service. But at least simple gesture like saying a thank you is good enough
