Review of ChiCha San Chen @ Jewel ChiCha San Chen at Jewel remains one of my go-to spots for authentic, freshly brewed bubble tea. That said, if I’m looking for a place to sit, relax, and chat for a while, this wouldn’t be my first choice. What truly stands out is their commitment to quality and freshness. Every cup is brewed to order, and with six different tea bases to choose from, each drink is highly customisable. I was particularly drawn to their Imperial Taro Milk Tea. Previously, I tried the Double Bubble Latte with classic black tea at ChiCha San Chen @ VivoCity, and it was delightful — the tea carried a rich, roasted fragrance that paired beautifully with the indulgence of taro and black pearls, coming together in a harmonious balance. Wanting to complete the “taro duo,” I also gave “Taro Meets the King” a try. I customised it with classic black tea with cream, taro paste, and taro pearls. The taro paste was fragrant and smooth, with a soft, well-cooked texture, and the drink was visually appealing with the layers of milk tea and taro pearls in the same cup. I also ordered an Iced Peach Tea with Konjac Jelly, as I always enjoy having something chewy to go with my tea. Overall, ChiCha San Chen delivers a thoughtfully crafted and satisfying bubble tea experience. With its freshly brewed teas and wide range of customisation options, it’s a place I’m always happy to return to — and I look forward to exploring more tea combinations in the future.

Very good service for Angel, Chi Cha milk tea is really smooth and well-balanced. The tea fragrance is strong but not bitter, and the milk tastes creamy without being too heavy. Sweetness level is just right, making it easy to drink even till the last sip. Overall, it’s a comforting and satisfying milk tea that I would definitely order again. Highly recommended!

Ordered the kings bubble tea and I am impressed. The drink have a intense flavour of tea compared to other brands. The tea can be seen dripping from the machine and has a nice aroma. The price is quite affordable at about $5 per cup. Making this drink takes some time so can expect some wait. The girls working at the shop is very friendly
