Very rude staff, we are asking if the new product can made changes like customisation, this girl got impatient and walked off, leaving us at the cashier and her colleague had to come over to help. Come on we are old folks and don’t want cream or bubbles, is it that hard to understand? And throughout the conversation, I was still smiling until she walked away. The boy saved our day! Not going back anymore despite having a membership.
Love the fragrance of the tea and how they are individually brewed for freshness! Very helpful and polite staff too! Thank you!
