My previous visit was many years ago in Sentosa. This is my first time in Suntec. Not really enjoyed. We brought 2 kids along. And ordered 2 tomatoes soup base and chicken soup 2 as well. It came Red soup base so we assume everything it's okay Until it start boiling and I smells tomyum. Approach the staff (lady with spectacle and mask) she never apologise just responded "you order one". She is the one who keyed in the iPad our order when 6 adults we have heard and says "tomato soup base". Without saying sorry but push to us saying we ordered wrongly. Nevermind, another kind lady offered to change soup base. During our meal, my mom left her seat to get some sauce. She wanted to pass through 2 tables to another ( the restaurant is quite empty) in other to move from other side or push in the chair to make her move easier she push very hard and make a loud noise the chair is moved by her in the other way facing outside. Quite rude. And while she clean other table plates she dropped a bowl or plate on the floor beside us while the children and elderly sitting there. She show annoyed reaction without apologies again. My family didn't say a word but to me. This is not acceptable. Not very well enjoyed during this first visit. But location and the restaurant atmosphere quite good.

Friendly and Pleasant service from staff. Was served by a young bespectacled Chinese waitress this evening. Appreciate her attentiveness and fast service. Good range of meat and vegetables and other selections for your hotpot. Found the tomato base and Four treasure soup base great tasting. Hope the restaurant can consider offering potatoes in their selection. I have been returning to this outlet for family dinner, dinner with colleagues or just with my own family. Nice place to dine! Will be back :)

We came here for a steamboat buffet. We got the signature buffet and the additional dishes were the fried dishes, beef, lamb and seafood. The ingredients were ok. Nothing too extravagant. The soup was also average at best. We enjoyed the free flow drinks. And the dessert was good. I felt that we paid a lot for quite cheap ingredients. Maybe go for the classic hotpot instead which appears a lot more reasonably priced.

I had a very good dining experience! Staff was friendly always smiling. They were attentive to refill our soup and our orders arrived quite quickly.

A friend had tried this hotpot chain in Bangkok and recommended it — so we decided to visit together this time. The hotpot ingredients offered a wide variety, and the buffet section also included two types of cooked dishes, a selection of beverages, and ice cream for dessert. Although there were only one or two staff members on duty that evening, one male staff member stood out with his polite, warm, and patient service. He took the time to explain the menu clearly, despite being busy handling almost everything on the floor. We truly appreciated his effort and dedication. Overall, it was an enjoyable dining experience and definitely worth recommending!
