⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Ordered the Royale Set from Crave Nasi Lemak and it totally hit the spot. Everything was fragrant, well-balanced, and super satisfying, the rice was aromatic, the sambal had a nice kick (not just sweet), and the overall portion felt really worth it. What I liked most was how everything came together nicely without being too oily or jelak. Packaging was neat and the food arrived in great condition too. Will definitely order again, one of the more consistent nasi lemak options around!

1st time buying from this outlet and was very disappointed. The hygiene not as good (in my opinion). Lady taking order didn't wear glove back after touching the receipts and machine. As for the man, when the box was packed into the plastic bag, the plastic bag was stained with the redang sauce from the staff's hand. Requested to change one after I got my hand dirtied too. It was changed but 2nd one also got stained by him again. And the response I get from him is "no choice" 🙄 Ended up I got to take out my tissue to clean it off before I can carry it. Hope the management can look into this.

Just went today to purchase. After paying $6.90, auntie said no ikanbilis today. Never replace missing with anything. Should have said this from the start. Not very nice gesture. Very expensive. In comparison, I can get everything + otah for $5.90 at Qiji, located just behind.

I am writing to complain about the extremely poor attitude of one of your staff members (an elderly person). Every time I come to make a purchase, I tell myself to let it go, thinking that's just how older people might behave. However, this time I was so angry that I left immediately. Customers come to your store and buy your food because they appreciate your dishes, not to be treated poorly. We are paying customers; we are not begging. If this staff member is unwilling to work properly, they should speak to the manager/owner.
