Crave Nasi Lemak @ Causeway Point

Service was really slow and there weren’t customers ahead of us. Waited for at least 30 mins for food that could have been packed and served faster. Staff were seen chatting away and not preparing the food? Husband had to ask the counter for our order and the staff started putting it together. I love CRAVE, I will always support but seriously, the customer service needs to improved. This reflects the company’s investment in their people and customers.

Bought 2 sets of nasi lemak on 30th October 2025 in the morning. Service was bad and the chicken wasn't even cooked properly, The egg was cook and serve together with the shell. Charge high price and this is the food being given to customer. Definitely wont purchase again from crave.

I would like to provide some feedback regarding my recent visits. On two occasions, I was made to wait unnecessarily by the same staff member. The food I ordered was already ready, but instead of serving me, it was given to customers who were behind me in line. Seriously I really don’t know what I’m waiting for! So I decided to visit the store the 2nd time, same thing happened again, I confronted the staff then they decided to pack my food first, what the hack is this? This repeated incident left me disappointed as I felt my time and order were not respected. I hope you can look into this matter and remind the staff to be more attentive and fair when serving customers.

Honest Feedback for Crave Nasi Lemak (Causeway Point) I’ve always been a loyal customer of Crave, especially at your Causeway Point outlet. But lately, I’ve been really disappointed with the portions. The rice has been getting lesser and lesser each time. I kept giving your store another chance, but even my 10-year-old commented that “the rice is so little and not full.” For $6.90 a box, the portion used to feel reasonable. Now, it’s noticeably reduced. Even the selar fish seems to be getting thinner, almost no meat inside. If that’s the case, maybe consider giving two pieces instead. It’s not just about the price; it’s about showing value and care to your regular customers. This page dont allow me to update photo and video. If not, It clearly shows how much the rice portion has shrunk. I understand it’s tough to run a business, but being stingy with rice (the cheapest part of the meal) really makes loyal customers think twice. That’s why I’ve started going to Power Nasi Lemak, just beside your store, their portions are much more generous. Please consider bringing back the generous servings and quality Crave used to have. Many of us truly want to continue supporting you, but not when the value keeps shrinking.

Ordered and paid for a Jewel Nasi Lemak because I know the standard chicken cutlet is very small. But I received the standard chicken cutlet Nasi lemak instead!
