Cut Butchery

It’s always a pleasure to order from Cutbutchery. We love the freshness and quality of the meats and salmon.The staffs at Cutbutchery Bedok especially have been helping me for years .Special thanks to Rinat and Jeffrey and the rest in Bedok. They always ensure my delivery is on time with all the special arrangement that I need (eg vacuum pack, apportion etc). I have been buying the meats and salmon from other butchery but I prefer Cutbutchery .Everything is perfect and the salmon is really very good and soft .They also have express delivery within a few hours direct to our house with properly packed packaging. I am very satisfied with the quality of meats and the level of service and professionalism that the store provided to us.

Got scammed today at Cut Butchery bedok mall. I bought a King Salmon Wellington after seeing a Cash Voucher offer on Kris+ app ($108 for $120 - essentially 10% off). Added extra items to make up $120. However, after I purchased the cash voucher on Kris+, I was told by the cashier they were unable to accept the cash voucher for the King Salmon Wellington as it was their policy. I asked to be directed where on the Cash Voucher it says it can’t be used but they couldn’t tell me - just insisted it cannot be used. I checked the sign for the Salmon Wellington and nowhere did it say the cash voucher cannot be used (attached is the photo of the display). The store should make it clear what items can and cannot be used with the cash voucher as it doesn’t state anywhere - how would customers know? I’ll be following up with their contact email on their website. In the meantime would suggest to avoid buying the cash voucher - as they don’t clearly tell you what items it can or cannot be used - very disappointing ! My past few times at this store was great and have been recommending to other, but this made me change the outlook on the store

Staff is friendly, meats and fish are fresh. Good variety of marinated meats and cuts that you can't find in supermarkets. This place reminds me of butcheries in Australia/NZ, love it and will definitely come back regularly!

Ordered angus picanha online because it was selling at a good price. I have eaten picanha all my life. This cut was extremely tough and chewy. Could not eat 80% of it, unfortunately. Their other cuts were better.

Good customer service as well as an amazing selection of meats. There was a staff there named Anthony that assisted us during our meat selection process. We settled for a slab of black angus picanha, he then offered to help us cut it into steak slices of our preferred thickness. Really impressed by the level of service provided by the staff and furthermore the meat quality was really good as well.
