Staff is friendly and kind to remind us of promotion. A pity for a piece of $8.50 cake and drink, the tables are not well cleaned and the cup is so dirty. Had to console myself that the hot tea will clean off all the germs! No plugs for charging, some tables near bin. Place too opened till it is not cooling even though it is indoor. Cake looks good, that's why got enticed. But noting the comfort level, environment, cleanliness, plugs availability and such, i doubt I'll want to patronise soon.

Great service from Alvin at Delifrance Suntec City! He was friendly and helpful throughout. Happy to claim my free beverage after signing up as a new member. That was a nice little bonus! ☺️

I would like to compliment the excellent service I received at Delifrance. The staff were friendly, attentive, and efficient. My food was served fresh and promptly. It made my visit truly pleasant thank you for the great experience!

Alvin at the counter took our order promptly, set expectation for my son (15 minutes to wait for Mac and cheese to be cooked) and customer (pasta will come shortly)in front of us well. Alvin packed my pastries fast and worked well with his teammate in the kitchen. Another happy experience at Delifrance Suntec because most of the time I’m here, Alvin helps me with a smile!

Delicious tart! Lovely ambience, and service was fairly fast even though it seems short handed (only one girl tending cashier and prepping food.) the drinks were a little bland and diluted without much chocolate taste however… hope next time is better
