うわぁ! I didn’t expect Din Tai Fung inside the airport to be this consistent. The xiao long bao comes out hot and juicy, maybe not as perfect as city branches but still very tasty. Service is fast and efficient, though a bit rushed when it’s crowded—which is normal for airport dining. Noodles and fried rice are comforting and reliable. Prices are slightly higher than outside, but acceptable for airport. The space is clean and bright, good for quick meal before flight. Overall, it’s a solid choice when you want something warm and familiar. 美味しい!また食べたい!

Totally over hyped. This location didn’t have many of their signature items. The restaurant is extremely busy and hectic and you have to chase the waiters down to ask for anything. The only item we got and liked was the chick dumplings. I wouldn’t come again. The spicy noodles tasted exactly like soap, and I couldn’t have more than one bite. The shrimp fried rice was very eggy. The chocolate dumplings with salty dip were very good and the sweet and salty was perfectly balanced. However once you eat the chocolate and dip you’re just chewing on plain dumpling dough for a while. The vegetable buns lacked so much flavour There were barely any non pork items.

A very satisfying experience overall. The dim sum arrived piping hot and tasted fresh and well-made. There are good vegetarian options too, especially the mushroom and green dishes, which were flavorful and nicely balanced. The chicken soup was warm, comforting, and perfectly seasoned. The ambience is clean, calm, and inviting despite the scale of the restaurant. Service is impressively fast and efficient, and the place is huge, making it easy to accommodate many diners at the same time.

A well-deserved ratings of 5 stars I had Din Tai Fung many times in Bangkok Thailand and fall in love with the food and service. This is my elder sister's first time here and for me, my first time in Din Tai Fung, Singapore. I was not disappointed as the food, and dumplings is just good as those that I had in Bangkok. It is amazing that they kept the standard so well. Take a look at all the pictures I poster... they are wonderful. I especially like the appetiser, which was first introduced to me in Bangkok. Warning, the appetiser has open my gastronomical pleasure to eat a lot more. I like the service in this place compared to Bangkok. They are prompt to serve us and clear our empty plates as soon as possible. Probably it is a cultural difference where in Thailand they will clear only when you leave the tables or told them to do it. Anyway, I highly recommend to those who love a series of good good without worrying of burning their wallet.

Went here specifically because they cook with sesame oil, which is a rarity in Singapore as most other places use a nut oil. Upon informing the staff of my allergy, they went through the entire menu with me and highlighted the foods which I could not eat. The food here is very good, though the portion sizes are on the small size.
