Have a very bad experience with this outlet and hope this company retrain your staff to have a good service for customers. Since start have a lady cut queue then the staff doesn’t say anything just take her order, after our turn when we said we wanted to redeem our birthday treat which is 1 for 1 drinks then the staff started to impatient ask our member by phone number. When my girlfriend said her phone number for the member then she like cannot hear and keep key wrong number, after that no patient that throw the tablet in front of her to ask her key herself. And after she key in her number and signed in the member then she is like don’t even know what’s the treat that they had and keep asking her colleague, when I saw the T&C about this treat and asking her she is like irritated about our question and ask her colleague to answer us while her colleague was busy doing drinks. After this all we understand what’s the treat how’s going and ordered the drinks that we wanted, she keep looking us like she expect us to know what she want. After payment and ask for receipt also like don’t want to give us and give the receipt as shown as picture.

Each a cup staff was not helpful at all just bought a cup of bubble tea from causeway point and because I was carry some stuff on hand and trying to open the straw the whold cup of bubble tea dropped on the floor right infront of the shop the staffs pretend not to see I ask them to help throw away they didn’t even offer a good will to make another new cup when I haven even had a mouth of the drinks really lousy service being a supportive customer to their bubble tea shop they just pretend and turn their heads off 👎👎👎👎 I won’t go back and buy again !

Ordered on 20 Dec, 5pm. Peach Oolong Tea with Aloe Vera, 20% sugar level. The portion peach is so light that is only a scent and cannot be tasted. The tea bag was brewing and spinning so long in the machine and the drink turned out so bitter. There was hardly a taste of sugar and I feel like puking at every sip. It tasted much more bitter when compared to those made by Chinese restaurant. Overall it's a very horrible drink and I could not even finish it. Food price has went up and it is imperative to provide customer with value for money quality and not waste our money!!!

Updated May 2O25 The drink was really bad, it tasted like tap water with a bit of milk. Got a Large Oreo Crush but the drink portion was basically a medium's worth, just watered down. Not impressed. Definitely a fail compared to the Hillion outlet, which is way better! 2O18 The only bubble tea shop I go for. Peppermint Oreo with no pearls.
