Elfuego by COLLIN'S®

First time visiting Elfuego and apparently they shift back to canopy level which offers amazing views especially at night overlooking the waterfall. Ambience was great and cosy just that some areas were a tad too dark. Food portions were rather small but that’s a reflection of their fine dining aspect. Some dish were definitely tasty and tasted better than others. An underwhelming dish was the pizza. All in all, had a great time with my family there celebrating my mum’s birthday. Special shoutout to their service crew for their warmth and amazing hospitality, especially Ms Jacintha. We will definitely come back for more. Thank you!

The food here was genuinely impressive. The lamb was exceptionally well-cooked—tender, rich, and full of flavor, clearly the standout of the meal. The oysters were just as memorable: fresh, clean, and beautifully presented, making them an absolute must-order. Each dish felt thoughtfully prepared, balancing technique and taste without being overcomplicated. The restaurant’s new location really elevates the overall experience. The view of the waterfall adds a calm atmosphere that makes dining here feel special and relaxed at the same time. Combined with the elegant interior and refined décor, the space gives off rich, classy vibes without feeling stiff or pretentious. Overall, it’s a place where great food meets a beautiful setting. Perfect for a leisurely meal, a special occasion, or simply enjoying excellent dishes in a stunning environment.

El Fuego deserves to be at Level 5 Jewel. I loveeee the atmosphere! I am so happy we celebrated my birthday here. Jacinta is so lovely, friendly and patient as our server. Looking forward to coming again. The foods are not pretentious and of small portions. Honestly, when you come pleaseeee try the Lobster dishes. IT IS GOOD GOOD Thank you for having us :)

Diana served us wonderfully and was very attentive to our orders. She was also thoughtful in moving us to the lower level since the upper-level cooler was under maintenance. The short ribs were incredibly tender—literally melt-in-your-mouth. They were so soft I almost dropped my glass. The bay oysters are a must-order: super fresh and thicc. Worth every penny for a bougie datenight!

It was a major disappointment during my third visit to Elfuego (once in Vivocity, another at Jewel in another unit). I loved the pan seared fillet and the basque cheesecake that used to come in the weekday lunch sets but things have changed since. The lobster bisque was overly salty and didnt seem to have passed any QC. The fillet no longer has crispy skin though the sauce is still as good as before. However the real disappointment came in the dessert for lunch set. Seriously bread butter pudding or just one scoop of ice cream?! I saw the ice cream scoop from another table and it looked so pathetic from its size. I asked if we could change it to their yummy cheesecake but was rejected. So we went with bread pudding and i was horrified at the size. It is smaller than my fist, just made of some sourdough (if I'm not wrong, as the bread was sour) bread pieces built up together without much custard within. How do u serve it at an original ala carte price of $13 or are we getting short changed when ordering as part of lunch set? It looked like a kids meal... The portion in the ala carte menu looked double the portion we received. The ambience was great with amazing view but sunny and abit stuffy at times due to lack of aircon around my table. Anyway, that would be my last visit. I'm so disappointed in the quality and portion size. Two 3-course set meal cost about $72, we left feeling unsatisfied with the quality.
