Fluff Stack (Suntec City Mall)
My cousins and I finished our dinner nearby and we spotted this small place in the corner and feel like giving it a try. This is a self service place which we have to order from the counter and take seat wherever it’s available. So we order the tiramisu pancake, price is above average, around $17++ don’t quite remember. The pancake here is really great – super fluffy, soft, and melts in your mouth. Definitely the highlight and worth coming for! Unbelievably delicious, will come again and bring my girlfriend together.
The souffle pancakes are out of this world delicious. I had the mango one, and added some ice-cream. It was so delicious that I went back a few days later and had the exact same thing. I also tasted some of my sister's strawberry one and it was also delicious. The sourdough waffles also looked and sounded amazing, but I didn't get a chance to try them. The store is halaal certified.
Kitty and I visited Fluff Stack after dinner, drawn in by its excellent Google reviews. Located in Suntec City Mall's basement, near the fountain area, it's tucked away in a hallway but easily accessible. The café was busy, even though it was late. The friendly server quickly seated us at a table for four (we were lucky to get a larger table since it was after the peak hours), even offering to store our bikes. The small space felt cozy and lively, with a clever system of reserving tables for pairs to prevent overcrowding. We learned this from the server when we inquired about the numerous reserved tables. Kitty ordered the salted caramel pancake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream (she'd considered coconut, but the server wisely suggested vanilla to avoid overpowering the pancake's flavor). The pancake was incredibly fluffy and delicious, the caramel a perfect complement. The topping, a surprisingly light cheese whipped cream, was interesting, though the cheese flavor was subtle. Despite its somewhat hidden location, Fluff Stack was surprisingly busy, even late at night. The efficient and friendly service, combined with the cozy and lively atmosphere, made for a pleasant dining experience. The pancake itself was a highlight, delicious and fluffy, though a bit pricey. Overall, Fluff Stack offers a unique and delicious pancake experience in Singapore. Despite the cost, it's worth a visit for a special treat.

Very well made soufflé pancakes which is fluffy and not eggy. (My friend say it is but as someone who tried a real eggy one, this has no egg smell at all). The mango passionfruit with the pancake is a good combo. Passionfruit sourness and tanginess with the mango sweet & savouriness elevates the flavour of the pancakes with great texture. Many order the strawberry one as well.
