Bought mee siam fr a new stall Bagus Kitchen at united sq food court. Got 1 extra egg fr them cuz last purchased there never add into my mee robus so I informed them today.. Gd enough that there replace me 1.... But 1 of the "return" egg given to me was badly over cooked. So chewy till texture i couldn't swallow & the egg white already look bad. the yolk n white separated too. u see the difference of both egg i got in the Pic. end up I had to throw the egg away. $5 mee siam Added $1.50 fried potato. Toward food quality i hope this stall can be more carful in future. Feel so disappointed when got low quality food.
I was forced to buy a card to make payment for my $8 Yong tau foo only after I reached the counter and was shown the text in super fine print that they didn’t accept other modes of payment. By that time I didn’t want to walk away after taking the ingredients and I bought the card thinking I could get the balance refunded but oh my god I had to pay $10 plus $2 fee for the card and my simple quick meal ended up costing $12. This is 50% more and ridiculous. This is an outright scam. Never going to this place again.
Looks like a new store what happened to the Novena fish soup !!! Got the mixed fish pap fan , not really a fan . Fish was mushy and the cheap dory without texture 。
Purchased item 1 from soup stall. Soup came warm, 2 pieces of meat full of soft cartilages, limited meat and seems grey/black. More corn and carrot than meat. Sad meal
Decent food. Price is a little expensive but seeing as it's AC and in a mall, quite standard. Chicken Rice was average, good chili but the rest were very average, chicken was dry. Would skip the chicken rice TBH Tanjong Rhu wanton was good. The thin and slightly crunchy more bite kinda noodle like crystal jade style. Taste was okay
