We were pleasantly surprised to learn that Fulin Tofu Yuen at IMM serves no pork and no lard, which immediately made it a comfortable option for lunch. We decided to go with their signature dried sauce and picked six pieces of Yong Tau Foo each, served with noodles. The staff asked if we wanted our Yong Tau Foo pieces fried, and we agreed. The dish arrived with the signature sauce added to both the ingredients and the noodles. While the flavours were good, I personally found the sauce a little oily for my preference. On the positive side, the Yong Tau Foo pieces tasted freshly prepared, and the soup was tasty without causing any aftereffect of thirst, which I truly appreciated. For my next visit, I’ll likely opt for the soup version, as it seems like a lighter and healthier choice while still letting the freshness of the ingredients shine. Overall, a satisfying meal with friendly service and fresh selections. Worth trying—especially if you prefer a no-pork, no-lard option.

YTF is fresh, tasty and affordable. Exhaust hood needs improvement, one will smell of oil after eating there. Cleanliness can be improved. They gotta change their plates and bowls, awful with all the black brown stains

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fu Lin Tofu Yuen at IMM is where health meets happiness in a bowl. I went with the soup option, thinking I was being “responsible.” It turns out it was also delicious. The broth was light but packed with flavour, the ingredients were fresh, and the sauces? Absolute game-changers. I may or may not have considered drinking the dipping sauce straight (don’t judge). Super clean setup, friendly staff, and no cash fuss—just good vibes and great tofu. I highly recommend it if you’re hungry and pretending to be healthy. 😄

Good delicious no frills food, crispy and not oily, sauce is of the right consistency and not salty, just nice. Fast and efficient service with good number of staff each for one station. Seats are perhaps too close to each other back to back though as the customer behind knocked into my back.

The three of us had dinner at Fu Lin Yong Tau Foo in IMM. The fried items were perfectly crispy, and we opted for dry thick bee hoon and yellow noodles. Both paired wonderfully with the flavorful sauce, which had minced meat. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience, and the service staff were friendly and welcoming.
