Always had a pleasant time here. Special thank to Thomas. He's very accomodating, friendly, kind & super sweet to our toddler. Not forgetting how professional he is. So glad to be close to this Genki outlet, Thomas is outstanding. Me and family truly commend him for his spirit!
Highly recommended. The staff is friendly and polite. Generally the queue is not that long and the food is good as always. There are many food options in Tampines Mall so this outlet is one of the better ones among all the nearby malls. Good to go for nice affordable sushi! They have promotion now so you have some discount coupons in your app which you can use
i always dine in here because their standard is always constantly good and i dont rly get disappointed much. store is a little small, its quite a wait during dinner peak hours. i think their salmon quality has also improved compared to like 2-3 years ago? one thing that can improve tho is the gunkan sushis. i ordered crabstick salad and egg mayo, all the times the seaweed were like soft and soggy, difficult to bite. california hand roll was also difficult to eat, since its 80% seaweed but the seaweed is soggy so its hard to bite. maybe can dont leave the seaweed outside for too long?
I went to this restaurant for celebrating SG60 NDP with my family. We love the food, we love the service. This is one of my kids favorite restaurant for Japanese food. If not too crowded, the ambience will be nicer. Anyway, we'll be back again and again.
Staff very friendly, especially Thomas who seated and served us. Wide variety of food which is tasty and fresh. This is our first visit, we signed up for membership after our first round of food we will definitely visit again.
