Yesterday I visited Vivo Genki outlet and was served by Jessie :) She was attentive and friendly ! I enjoyed her great services and please let her know that she has done an awesome service :D Hope to see her again in the future when I dropped by Vivo ! 10/10 recommended!
Food as usual at Genki Sushi is good, nothing to comment. There is a reason why they have so many branches around. However, the service at Vivocity branch was not up to standard. Firstly, they should expect that a weekend night will be crowded and busy, and cater for manpower. We pressed the service bell but nobody came. It did not help that we were seated at the corner and we can't get the attention of any staff. Secondly, when a drink order did not arrive, we wanted to cancel it but was given the reason that it cannot be cancelled, based on some MHA policy? How is that reasonable? So if anyone misclick an order on the app, its over? We can't cancel even if its not prepared or served? From the picture attached, the drink was lying there and nobody had the time to serve it (as per my 1st reason above). But the payment staff did not even know the reason why and just said it can't be cancelled and i had to takeaway? Lesson learnt then, hope nobody had butter fingers to misclick any item in any ordering app in future as MHA apparently forbid all F and B food stores to cancel orders.

We visited on a Sunday morning at 11.15am, we were lucky we have a seat and we promptly ordered our food as my movie is at 11.45am. The food train comes hurriedly and we enjoyed our meals here! Really love the spicy tuna hand roll, it has been consistent through all outlets.
It was my first time trying sushi at a Genki branch, and it was definitely enjoyable. The process to order is easy on the phone, and then you will see your sushi arriving on trains. It is a great and fun experience, and makes you want to order more. The sushi quality is very high. It was super delicious!
