It was my first time visiting this place, and I was really impressed. The ingredients tasted very fresh, and the staff were kind, attentive, and welcoming throughout my visit. They also prepared my order exactly according to my requests, which I really appreciated. Everything was delicious, and I had a great experience overall. If I have the chance, I would definitely like to visit again in the future. Thank you for the wonderful service and great food!
Been dropping by this outlet at least once or twice a month. Staff members are always very courteous, friendly, and helpful (: Food quality is consistent. Love that I can grab something spoonfuls of kimchi as appetisers while waiting for the food. Keep it up!
Love the GongYuan outlet at AMK Hub. It’s located at level 2, away from the busy interchange and the populated basement level. It’s quieter here and calming. The staff are very helpful and nice when helping me as I order my food :). Would recommend people to come here after a long day of work.
One of my favourite Malatang place! Love their broth that is rich and has minimal sediments. I can enjoy the soup without having to scoop up the oil and sichuan pepper. I’ll definitely keep coming back
Had a very bad experience today. gong yuan ma la tang (GYMLT) and Lihoh had this joint venture promotion (ma la tang and bbt happiness promotion) in the amk branch (as both ventures are within the same stall) where you can get 15% discount for both if we buy from both side. As the payment has to be made separately, I made payment at the MLT side 1st then get the receipt and went to Lihoh buy drinks, then I get the receipt from the Lihoh drink stall and back to MLT to ask for discount, the staff is not very sure of the promotion and then after discuss within themselves they say cannot claim coz I already made payment. The entire process seems stupid as one can only claim from one side base on their theory and obviously most people will claim on MLT coz it is more expensive. Everything is unclear and the staff is confused. The blame should go to the management who come up with the promotion without proper thought process. It is a very unpleasant and "happiness" experience today.
