Reviews
Greendot Junction 8
This food never fails to meet my expectations! Greendot is my go-to place for delicious, wholesome meals. The quality is always consistent, and every dish is full of flavor. I recently ordered again, and as always, everything was fresh, tasty, and satisfying. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and healthy food option!
This Greendot outlet is good. Staff are warm & friendly. Staff Onash, usually at cashier point, is especially efficient, warm, clear & customer-centric. He takes the pain to explain things clearly to customers. Food is great, esp the Signature laksa, angelica herbal soup with noodles and ‘chicken’ rice. Seating can be limited during peak hours.
Greendot at Junction 8 really surprised me — the food is seriously good. We tried the signature laksa and the Kampung Nasi Lemak with Rendang, and both were packed with flavor, super satisfying even without meat. It’s the kind of place that works whether you just feel like eating clean for a change, or if you’re going vegetarian for festive reasons — either way, the dishes taste just like the real thing, only lighter and guilt-free.
I scanned my order and paid online via the QR code, but unfortunately, the system failed to register it. No apology was offered—only a brief mention that it was a system fault. Meanwhile, other customers who arrived after me had already received their food. Thankfully, I took the initiative to ask the counter, or I might have continued waiting without any update. This experience left me feeling overlooked. It gives the impression that customer service may be taking a back seat—perhaps because business is doing well. I hope this feedback can be taken constructively to improve the ordering process and ensure all customers feel seen and cared for.
The foods are so far the best amongst the vegetarian foods I had tried. The must have is their Laksa, cannot resist ordering this whenever I am there. I would also like to compliment one of their staff name Onash. He is very patient with customers, especially the elderly. As they are having promotion for seniors, he will explain to them the dishes that are not applicable for the seniors promotion. Very kind young man. Way to go Onash!
