Service is great.... attentive and polite. Fish n Chip is so crispy for both the fish and the chips. I especially love the presentation of the fish. The sauce is awesome. I almost want another serving. Grilled Chicken pesto is so savory with nice smell of cheese. 1/2 slice of Chocolate Banana Tart and Kaya Burnt Cheesecake is unique just the right portion to finish a full meal. The ordering process is not so intuitive, we needed the server's help to get through the process. Please feedback to your POS vendor. A little noisy as the restaurant is filled up, we moved to seat outside. It's quieter yet windy with the fans.

Dropped by Grub at Junction 8 (located outside, facing the Bishan MRT station) for lunch. Overall, it was a very pleasant meal, though the bill does add up even for the lunch sets. Here is the breakdown of the experience: The Good: Hot Cappuccino (+$3 Lunch Set Upgrade): Special mention goes to the coffee! Frankly, I didn’t expect a casual bistro like this to serve such high-quality coffee. It was robust, well-made with nice latte art, and absolutely worth every cent of the upgrade. Truffle Forest Mushroom Soup (+$2 Lunch Set Add-on): I definitely recommend adding this on. It was creamy, flavorful, and a great starter. The Main: Grub Cheeseburger: A solid burger overall. The combination of the melted cheese and the bun was really good. However, I felt the beef patty was just a tad too dry. If it were slightly juicier, it would have been perfect. The Price: While the food quality is high, it is a bit on the pricey side. The base lunch set is $18++, but with the surcharges for premium mains (like the burger at +$4) and upgrades for drinks and soup, our bill came up to nearly $78 for 3 people. Verdict: Reliable quality and surprisingly great coffee. A good spot if you don't mind paying a little extra for a casual lunch.

Chillax place with some unique food ("fusion") like prawn paste chicken cutlet (Ha Cheong Gai) served with with waffles. We took the set meals that include a drink (we chose honey lime drink) which cost $18++ each . Can add $2 for soup or half a slice of cake. Overall was good, but the exhaust of the kitchen did not seems to work properly as our clothes smelled of fried stuff when we walked out of the restaurant.

Food is average, was expecting better for the price. Reviews of the food ordered: 1. Fish and chips - breaded fish was too dry 2. Grilled chicken pesto - too salty 3. Korean fried chicken bites (soy glazed) - again salty and dry Convenient and patient service, though. Makes up for the food.

We get to dine in at their J8. Prev their ac wasn't working on daytime so we had to give a miss. Saw quite many order their pasta might try that next time. Matcha strawberry was ok not the watery kind! Find the sauce one Choco Banana cake was too sweet for me but was really sweet to ass topper n candle n staff provide us their lighter too. Food definitely served was really fast Didn't get the male staff in specs name but he was really nice and attentive to all customer. Other female staffs was nice too Waffle chicken we were able to get sauce to separate n tasted even better when having it immediately.
