Guzman y Gomez - NEX

The service staff was busy talking away and I waited for 5 plus minutes before being able to order. The staff was rude and unfriendly, just chucking change on the counter. Can also see how many staff just around for a kitchen this size. Waited for 20 minutes plus before food served, this is definitely not fast food as they claimed. For the price of 18 dollars for a meal with beef buritto, the portion was definitely small and inadequent. Taste wise, it is definitely bad beyond imagination Given this is nex, there are definitely better options out there. Only tried this out of curiosity and definitely failed utterly.

Like the ease of service and ordering using the app. Came in about 12. Started getting crowded about 1230pm. Ordered the quesadillas with pulled pork. Drink was mango passion - a bit too sweet for me

Food was great! The service was fast as well, I got my burrito bowl in less than 5minutes after I ordered. The store’s atmosphere is also lovely, they were play Taylor Swift songs on that day. Ethan, one of the staff there approached us as well, he was super kind and nice! Would recommend anyone who likes burrito to come here.

I live in the Serangoon area and often dine at NEX Mall. Guzman Y Gomez at NEX is one of my usual lunch spots. During my visit today, I noticed that the dining area could be better maintained. Some tables were not cleared promptly and still had leftover food and used tableware. There was also some litter on the floor, and the trash bins did not seem to be emptied in a timely manner. I hope the management can look into this and consider strengthening cleanliness and staff supervision. Customers would truly appreciate being able to enjoy their meals in a clean, comfortable, and hygienic environment. Thank you for taking this feedback into consideration.

Guzman y Gomez Salads have become BORING! Tomato topping is now chargeable as they profiter from free chopped tomatoes garnish. I suspect the onions, coriander and pickles will be next. I used to love their salads but this one was as flat as a pancake. Staff told me I have to pay extra for the tomato now, which I refuse to do so and play into the management games. Coffee is still good and very affordable (I probably made a mistake saying that as the coffee prices will go up next!)
