海底捞 Haidilao Hot Pot @VivoCity

Brought my dad to the Vivocity branch to celebrate his birthday. We ordered quartered soup base, seafood and veggie platters, fried milk rolls, rice and Kungfu noodle. The staff who did the Kungfu noodle was skillful and the noodle was very delicious. The seafood platter took quite a while to be served, but it came beautifully diplayed. We did not order any condiments of which we were much glad as the soup could become quite salty after adding the ingredients. Alternatively, we just used the tomatoes soup to cook the food that we wish to have some additional seasonings. A big shoutout to Gao Jing who served our table. She was very prompt to change our plates and to refill our soups. She was always all smiles and ready to offer her help if we required any. I have actually indicated on the online reservation that we would be there for birthday celebration but somehow it was not noted when we arrived. Gao Jing promptly arranged a complimentary birthday fruit platter with cake, a goodie bag and sang a birthday song for my dad together with her colleague. My dad was impressed with the staff's outstanding services and like their food especially the fried milk rolls. However, the table arrangements are very cramped and there were no other performances like 变脸etc. The wall of the corner where we sat was too plain. Does not look nice when we took the photos.

I hope you can pass on this feedback to the management. We are silver members at Haidilao, and every time we dine at a different branch, the service has been amazing. However, yesterday, on December 12, 2025, we had the pleasure of dining with a staff member named A Xin. A Xin was incredibly thoughtful and always anticipated our needs, even for other tables that were busy. He was very polite and treated us like VIPs! He served us happily and from the heart, and we were truly overwhelmed by his kindness. It was a memorable experience for us. I hope you can relay this compliment to the management. Enjoyed an excellent dining experience at Haidilao VivoCity. The food was consistently good, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service from Jun Jie. He was attentive, warm, and impressively prompt throughout our meal, ensuring everything was well taken care of without us having to ask. Service of this calibre is rare and truly elevates the entire experience. Highly recommended.
