This particular plump old auntie at Bedok Mall outlet is very rude. Just ask her if she got yellow Malay cake , she shout “ cannot see arh only got green” . Other staff are nice except her. Not happy don’t come and work. See her also no appetite to eat 。

Charsiew bao full of coriander... Worse bao i ever ate.. and so MINI at $1.60 each ..

Was at the store deciding which flavor of bao to purchase. After asking the staff for recommendations and decided to purchase one big bao, the staff loudly commented “silly” in China Chinese several times. This was very rude as it was indirectly directed to me as there was no other customer at that time. This will be the first and last time purchasing from this store. Go at to your own risk.

I used to frequent this place for a quick snack, but after today’s terrible experience, I won’t be returning. I usually pay using Capitastar points and settle the balance with PayLah, something I’ve done multiple times with the other staff without issue. However this time, the aunty (whose photo has already appeared in other reviews) was especially rude and unreasonable. She also said “like that also need to pay with points” when I used the same payment method, even though it had never been a problem before. Her attitude was dismissive and completely uncalled for. It’s disappointing to see repeated complaints about the same staff with no visible improvement.
