Huggs Coffee

Hidden outside of sight, huggs is located behind the office lift lobby. Lots of clean sitting area but occasionally be prepared to wait for a seat as many parents wait out here for their kids at the tuition centres. Lots of tasty wrap options. Classic and specialty coffee selection. They've local tea options too ! Staff are friendly and patient.

Update: Barista today was extra kind (see pic) Thank you! 🙏🏽 Our favourite cafe since we moved! It features a truly mind-blowing assortment of tea, and my wife loves the lattes and decaf. Fantastic baristas make this outlet truly special, I’ve tried ordering from different Huggs outlets when this was closed but teas were just not the same. Honestly I’m not sure how these guys do it, the flavours and delicate balance, even more so with oat milk! Incredible. My go-to choice when I’m out of beans or don’t feel like pulling espressos. Coffee is meant to be enjoyed hot, in my opinion. At Hugga, their hot coffee — even when I switch to oat milk — and their iced Americano both have that perfect taste that melts away my fatigue. Thank you!

I recently tried the flat white coffee here, and I must say the coffee itself was very good—smooth, creamy, and well-balanced. The barista clearly knows their craft, and the latte art was a lovely finishing touch. However, I have a significant concern with the choice of serving the coffee in a glass. While it looks modern and stylish, the practicality is lacking. The glass became uncomfortably hot to hold, and without a handle or insulation, it was quite difficult to enjoy the drink comfortably. I found myself having to wait for it to cool down just to hold it properly, which was frustrating. For a hot drink like coffee, this really affects the overall experience. I would strongly recommend switching to a more practical option, like a double-wall glass that stays cool on the outside or even a cup with a handle. These changes would still look good while ensuring the comfort and safety of customers. That said, the coffee itself was fantastic, and the café has a cozy atmosphere. I’d definitely return for the quality of the coffee, but I hope they’ll reconsider the glassware for serving hot drinks.

Nice cafe latte at this new established outlet at United Square office tower at level 2. Service oriented is great rendered by this young energetic suave guy and the ambience is superb nice and cosy corner. But I must be honest that the cake is not moist and can be improved and I wish that these cakes and pastries can be much more appealing. Recommended this nice cosy place for meeting purpose and chill.
