Great staff - a young lady who assisted with our orders! We were a group of 6 that walked in without reservation on a Friday noon. The waitress was patient with our large order and got all of them right. She was polite and the food came good. I ordered a 400g striploin and it was not disappointing! The soup was also generous in portion!

Had a very good meal at iSteaks @ JEM today. I went for the natural beef burger and decided to add bacon and sautéed onions to it—definitely the right call! While the beef patty itself wasn't dry, it could have been slightly juicier, but the add-ons made all the difference. The bacon and onions added a fantastic contrasting sweet and savoury dimension that really elevated the beef flavor. My friends were happy with their choices too. One had the grilled fish, which was seasoned very well, and the other had the fish burger, which was definitely above average compared to other places. Overall, it was a satisfying meal made even better by the extra discounts we got by paying via the Grab app. Highly recommend checking that out if you dine here!

Visited coz I bought some vouchers on Kris+ when there was a good promotion couple of months back! Tried the below: 🐄 New Zealand Silver Fern Ribeye Char-grilled Ribeye ($32.50, 200g) - came with 2 sides 🍝 Classic Italian Carbonara ($20.50) 🧀 Mac & Cheese ($4.50) 🍹 Lychee lemonade soda ($6) 🍯 Homemade Honey Lemon ($4.50) Food quality was overall good but I felt it’s a little pricey! Luckily the voucher I bought helped to offset my spending.

Christina Tey, she is prolly the most helpful and friendliness personnel you meet for your dining experience. Meat steakhouse char super good quality, generous portion, definitely value-for-money, no svc and gst charge. Already thinking when to return.
