Went on a Saturday evening; there was a small crowd but managed to collect my drinks within 10 minutes. I was served by Wendy, a cheery and attractive lady. Her smiles made my day!

Ordered their dessert and waffles. The peanut butter waffles is nice. Didn't know iTea dessert now need customer to pay for the small container of milk that used to come with it. The cashier also didn't inform us or at least ask us if we need it when we ordered. TBH, the cashier is rather unfriendly and seems to be impatient and abit rude. It is not what I would expect from service line. Initially I told myself that she might just be tired or merely had a bad day... But when I checked their review, many 1* reviews of the same reason... Anyway, I have given 2* cos the waffles and desserts are nice. Anyway, don't think I will come again.

Not sure of what happened to some other reviewers, but I have consistently had perfect experience with the outlet. They have always gladly customized my drinks according to my request, and were always friendly+courteous. It may be due to the fact that I have been quite a regular, but I don't see the working staff there having any reason to purposely annoy customers. Now as for the quality of drinks, there is also nothing to complain about. They have been consistent in the dosing of sugar syrup as well as condiments, delivering predictable consistency to my orders. All in all, I believe that mutual respect always shine. There may be times when many orders needed to be fulfilled ahead of mine, and wait times are long. A little patience and understanding always goes a long way.

Female staff in glasses Chinese was really nice and was able explain nicely for the anime promo drinks. So far all staffs seem busy n nice on 28/12, definitely for sure one of the crowded itea in SG but could be we went on Sunday but still not a long wait.

The service at your iTea store was very disappointing. While I was ordering, the lady staff was making fun of other customers' requests instead of focusing on serving me. She was rude when I tried to use PayWave, she acted as if it was something to be proud of and made me feel foolish for asking. And she also didn't tell me the total price, I had to look for it on the screen myself. I waited about 20 minutes for my drink, but my number was skipped and never called. Eventually I saw my order sitting ready on the counter, behind the number calling machine, no one had bothered to tell me. This whole experience was unprofessional and frustrating.
