We redeemed our birthday vouchers at this branch, and it turned out to be such a memorable visit. It’s been over a decade since we last had Jack’s Place, so stepping in felt like a trip down memory lane. What surprised us most was how the food tasted even better than we remembered—familiar yet elevated—and it really reminded us why Jack’s Place has been around for so long. We left feeling thankful that the flavors we loved years ago are still alive and well today. For our meal, we ordered the Truffle & Mushroom Pasta, Breaded Fish & Chips, and Sizzling Chicken Steak. Each dish hit the spot: the pasta was cooked to a perfect al dente with a rich, earthy truffle aroma (not overly salty like some places tend to make it), the fish and chips were crispy outside and tender inside, and the sizzling chicken steak came juicy, flavourful, and still hot at the table. Beyond the food, the atmosphere was cozy and familiar, with service that felt warm and attentive without being overbearing. It really added to the overall experience, making it feel like more than just a meal—it was a little celebration of old memories and new ones made at the same time. We walked away full, happy, and already talking about coming back again soon.

Jack’s place has moved to their new spot at Jewel Level 5, offering a brighter, al fresco-style dining experience while still being comfortably air-conditioned. Beyond the classic grilled steak on a hot plate, the menu also features daily set lunches and a wide variety of options. Shoutout to Rex for the great service — friendly, attentive, and made sure we had a lovely dining experience.

We had a wonderful pre-christmas lunch at the Jewel Outlet. The Restaurant is on level 5, where the canopy park is located at. Rex and his team provided great service to us and the kids. We had the Christmas set lunch, which was quite value for money. Will definitely be back in the future!
