Jamba Singapore Suntec City

store is closed half the time even during opening hours. didnt want to leave a negative review but after countless disappointments from the many times that i tried patronising but had to leave empty handed even after waiting for a bit, the store clearly needs better management. no clear break timing stated either!

1st visit. Chanced upon d extension of promotion: 2 for $9.90. Although this promotion is only for classic flavours, it's still a good deal. d smoothie is good. It's v refreshing for our weather. I will want to get again b4 this promo runs out. Normal price: $5.90. Agree that d staff (I saw only 1 today) that she cld be more approachable. She's v attentive but FIERCE. n when she speaks, her words n tone... curt. Same words, different tone n she will be less scary. Location of d outlet is accessible to many as it's near d entrance to Esplanade MRT Station n product is good so it shd attract more customers than what we see. 22.09.24 2nd visit. Service has improved. Staff smiled n greeted us as we stopped at d counter. She even recommended d new F1 special promotion. Good deal for 2 x 16 oz drinks ($6.90 each).

Disappointing that the store was not tended to for more than an hour. After 1.5 hours after opening, no less... Went back multiple times but no luck ... Suggest skipping this if you're looking for consistent operations. (Edit: passed by the shop at ~4pm and the "out for break" sign is still there!)

Waited infront of the shop for 5 minutes as the staff did her own thing without even acknowledging us. Asked for her assistance multiple times and she continued to ignore us. We had enough and left. Worst behaviour I've seen from any staff to date.

The drinks are really good, however the staff have been generally unfriendly. It feels like the store has been closed (during opening hours) more often than it has been open.
