Jollibee Vivo City

ordered set meal. rice is not even warm, it’s cold. fries soggy. and the chicken were not even hot as usual. i asked the lady in the counter and told me that the rice cannot be pipping hot. like??? didn’t even apologize. the guy and the girl manager looks annoyed. even though they replaced the rice and fries (which was way hotter), they could’ve at least said sorry.

Food was good. But the rest needs a thorough review. 1. Self ordering kiosk was unable to issue receipt to collect food from counter. 2. Wasn’t provided cutleries for side dish (mashed potatoes) 3. Kitchen needs huge improvements in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. Chicken pieces are all over the floor. 4. Food was ready on the counter but was not called until I inquired ten minutes later. Meanwhile the staffs were casually chit chatting despite the food backlogs on the counter. 5. Dining area are dirty. Full of trash and food crumps. (Edit: that link isn’t even a legitimate link. How are we supposed to contact you?)

My younger kid had her lunch here at Vivocity. She took a meal that comes with 2pc chicken, fries and a big glass of coke. Cost us around SGD11 as far as I can recall. The chicken was good but not good as KFC (personal opinion). But it seems its popular here. Many people were in the line to place order.

On my wife’s day off, we headed to VivoCity to check out some gadgets, and decided to eat at Jollibee first. I want to take a moment to say thank you to the kind uncle at the counter he was so welcoming and even offered to assist us with finding seats. That small gesture made us feel really nice and appreciated. As always, we ordered Chickenjoy, Burger Steak, and my all-time favorite Chocolate Sundae. Everything was absolutely delicious! No doubt, Jollibee remains my favorite. Even though this Jollibee is just a portable setup and not a full restaurant, it’s quite unique it even has a portable washing area despite not having a full restroom. Small touches like that really make it convenient and thoughtful. 🍗🍫✨

went on 5 october 2025, the manager came and asked me if he could give me extra 4 nuggets in exchange for their tiny pieces of tenders which i ordered. i asked for spicy and he really gave it to me this is insane great service. I went at 10pm when they were already closing but this manager still went out of his way to make the spicy nuggets for me and gave me a BIG tub of garlic ranch. PLEASE get this guy promoted as fast as possible.
