JUMBO Signatures

I visited Jumbo Signatures at Marina Bay Sands, and it was such a standout compared to the regular outlets I’ve been to. The whole experience had that fine-dining degustation vibe and was elevated, refined, and exactly what I love when I’m out for something special. Service was great from the moment we arrived, and the pacing of the courses was spot on. But the real highlight was the food, every single dish was amazing, perfectly executed and full of flavour. You can really taste the difference in quality and presentation at the premium level. My personal favourites were the beef fillet (cooked to perfection) and of course, their chilli crab, which was rich, balanced, and absolutely delicious. Overall, such an impressive experience and definitely worth coming back, especially if you want the classic Jumbo flavours done in a more elevated, intimate setting.

Highly recommend the seafood century egg salad with tofu — it was amazingly good. The bamboo clam dish was another highlight; even my daughter, who usually doesn’t like garlic, enjoyed it. My daughter also loved the fuss-free signature crab dish, which was super delicious. I’ve never been disappointed by Jumbo. The service was excellent — I didn’t even need to pour my own tea, not even once. Highly recommended for anyone who loves seafood.

We ordered the chili crab and the salted egg crab before heading back to Mnl and so far the best crab we've tasted. The quality and the size of the crabs being served were big and flavorful. Definitely a must in Singapore. Service is also very good. Servers were very attentive to details. Service is top notch.

The food here is truly outstanding! Every dish impressed us—from the flavorful grilled meat slices on the right, paired with fresh orange and olives, to the rich crab stew in the center, generously garnished with cilantro. The round pastries in the metal container were soft and delicious, and even the simple side salad tasted crisp and refreshing. But what made the meal truly memorable was Johnny, our server. He was attentive, thoughtful, and took the time to explain the ingredients and pairings. His warmth and attention to detail made the evening even more special. A perfect combination of exquisite food and exceptional service—highly recommend visiting!
