Ordered their famous bowl meal that comes w small fries and a drink. Their famous bowl is actually whipped potato topped w popcorn chicken and cheese sauce. The food is pretty ok, value for money. Just that throughout the meal i kept seeing birds around , picking at food crumbs.. And when i wanted to wash my hands at the sink, i was appalled to see their service staff spit into the sink, and didnt even press the tap to flush down his phlegm .. Think this is v crude mannerism of the service staff

Visited KFC Causeway Point on 30 August 2025 and ordered a Popcorn Chicken Snacker. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. I waited around 10–15 minutes for my order (which I didn’t mind as the fries were still cooking), but when I got home, I discovered that the sauce was wrong. I had requested BBQ sauce but was given Flaming Hot Sauce instead. While waiting, I also noticed at least two other customers having issues with missing or incorrect sauces. This suggests that more care is needed at the counter when preparing orders. The bigger shock was the serving size of the Popcorn Chicken. For $3.95, the portion was extremely little compared to expectations. Unless this is the standard serving, it felt as if I was just given whatever was left near closing time as the chef didn't bother to fry more popcorn chicken for me.

Restaurant isn't big and crowded during weekends. U may have to wait for your seat. Visited 12 Jul, at abt 5pm, the lady manager on duty was helpful and friendly when cust encountered issue with voucher redemption in kfc app. Food wise is just average. Nothing to wow about. Located at level 1 of causeway point.

Visited on 5/9/2025 5:24pm. Walked in with the excessive noise created by the female malay manager. For the whole time i was there, she was shouting with vulgarities at a allegedly newcomer staff. Other patrons were silently judging her too. One aunty beside me even complaint to the cashier staff that the manager "so angry ah?" Never knew KFC would resort to such standards of staff, blatantly abusing staff in broad daylight. I am beyond disgusted!

I experienced very slow service today even though there were only a few customers. The manager on duty (a Filipina woman) was handling the front of house, but she was noticeably slower than her staff. Your SOPs are meant to ensure orders are released promptly, yet she took a long time to process them. If this is the standard set by a manager, it’s concerning. I strongly suggest that KFC management review her performance and provide additional training if needed. Please look into this matter and take appropriate action.
