Staff not friendly, but order was accurate and food was up to good standard and fresh.
Prominent unit hard to miss located at main atrium of the mall. Adequate seating area. Counter right in front of shop. Easy buy and find seating. Food quality consistent.
Despite the recent renovation, this outlet was a huge disappointment. Orders were severely backlogged, over 10 pending, with delays of 20+ minutes. I ordered the new limited-edition Chilli Crab Burger and was shocked to find a piece of plastic in it. The chicken itself was tough, chewy, and inedible, and the sauce was sloppily applied to just one side of the bun. The burger felt hastily thrown together with no care. Overall, very poor quality and service. I do not recommend visiting this KFC outlet.
On 9th Nov 1015am Sun I ordered my meal via Pick up. When I reach there I saw my meal already on the table but not packed.. so I waited . But this look grumpy staff an old uncle seem ignored my order n keep packing others order behind mine. when I try to ask nicely he ignored me x 2 times. Since my 3 items already done why dont just pack? and the pick up time was already over. once he packed my food. .. he still wanted to bring to another area for pick up ordered.. so I have to raise my voice to ask if that my number... if at the 1st place he acknowledged me ! As a front line staff ... manners are very important. For his speed I think he more suitable to work on simple task, cleaning table... etc but not front line which need to communicate w customers with smile. thank u!
