KFC

I hv to wait 45 min for the food for dine in. I am a.KFC lover. First time in my life. Worst KFC branch. Deliveries riders were serve priority. No system at all. Those who came later than me.were serve. Dunno.what went wrong.

Ordered and waited for almost 30mins, not even alot of people yet this is bullshit…ordered sweet potato fries went home only to found out theres none…not trying to be a karen here also my fault for not checking but prior to this i made a feeback regarding the drink being not gassy and was faced with attitude problem lady…just want my coke to be gassy…the way the handle the situation can definitely be better as i also have both service and kitchen work experience and wow opened my eyes alot one of the worse And i ate the food its not even the fresh batch, not even the parts i requested and the mashed potato is sour👍

Ordered the wrap for first time I guess. I customise the ingredients no bbq sauce no mayonnaise, not sure is it because of that I was given a hot served chicken wrap. Chicken as usual KFC ingredient always tasty. But unlike mcd with other ingredients for vege, here they only have lettuce. Can add in more vege to make it more flavourful?

Since when do the cheese fries come in such a small portion? Also, a big dustbin was blocking the water basin while a worker was sweeping, and I saw two guys struggling to wash their hands.

Only one staff manning the pick up counter during rush hour 6pm. Waited very long for food. Poorly staffed. The outlet is quite small, with so many people waiting around the counter, it’s so packed. Would avoid this branch if possible due to long waiting time. Apart from waiting time, right after placing my order at the self service machine, I brought my receipt to the counter and requested for thigh and drum. The lady said ok and told her colleague inside my order no and the parts I wanted. When i collected, I was given wing and breast, the two worst combi ever. I told the staff I have requested earlier and she told me sorry, this set cannot choose. I told her no, u did not said that when I requested earlier. She sulk and change for me. Worst outlet and worst staff! But… food was great. I give one star for poor and slow service. 5 stars for La zi ji chicken.
